Hi. I’m Jessica.
This little part of the internet world is about me – my life, my family, my work, my highs and my lows. I will post updates on life and quirky quotes. There may be a recipe or two. There will most definitely be wit and sarcasm. There may even be brief moments of insightful seriousness – but don’t hold your breath.
I’m a stay-at-home, work-at-home, homeschooling
crazy-person mom. I drink coffee, water, and wine almost exclusively. I survived on scraps of leftover food from my girls because I often forgot to eat – until I recently started changing my ways.
I am learning to be flexible and take things day by day. I am a recovering perfectionist who still procrastinates at everything. I am an introvert who can fake it as an extrovert. I’m a closet artist who is just starting to dip my toes into that world. I am an essential oiling entrepreneur with lofty ideas of “someday” and a million ideas of what I can do when I grow up.
I have two smart and beautiful girls, Hannah (aka Peanut) and Charlotte (aka Pumpkin), who challenge me to be a better me each and every day. I am married to my soulmate, Brad, who spoils me rotten. In short, I am the luckiest girl alive.
Life is good. Except when it’s not. And even then? It’s still good, it just requires an attitude adjustment to see it.
Or a glass of wine.
